The Golden Gate hotel is strategically located in the heart of east Jerusalem and within walking distance from the holy sites. The hotel is comprised of 208 bedrooms built to suit the needs of the pilgrimage market. The hotel will have a number of commercial outlets at the street level and a main multipurpose hall and dining room. The hotel will provide high end servises including free wifi and shuttle service to the different tourist attractions in the city. The hotel will operate as a four stars property. The hotel will carry an international franchise and will be managed by an experienced senior management team. The hotel will focus on  servicing the emerging new markets form the Far East and China. In addition, to other regional and international market segments. It is expected that the construction of the new hotel will require 30 months.
